Program Description:
Saber Launch is a four-week summer transition program designed to help rising 9th grade students start high school with confidence, connection, and momentum. The program provides an intentional bridge into Shakopee High School by helping students build strong relationships, strengthen essential skills, and understand what it takes to be successful at the high school level.

Throughout the program, students engage in meaningful social-emotional learning that supports self-awareness, goal setting, and healthy peer relationships. They also receive targeted support in key math concepts and learn practical strategies for organization, time management, and academic success.

Saber Launch creates a supportive and engaging environment where students can ask questions, practice routines, and develop the confidence needed to navigate high school expectations. Students who successfully complete the program will earn one elective credit toward their high school diploma, giving them both a strong start and a tangible academic benefit.
