The Ellsworth Community School District is hiring a Speech and Language Therapist long-term sub for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year from approximately February 2026 until the end of the school year in June 2026. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with groups and individuals, the desire to work collaboratively in implementing a curriculum with best practices, demonstrated organizational, leadership, and communication skills, and a commitment to being a part of a strong Speech Pathology team in the district.
Job Responsibilities will include:
*Assessment of student''s communication skills (articulation, fluency, voice, expressive and receptive language, etc.) for the purpose of identifying communication disorders, determine program eligibility and develop IEP goals
*Coordinate meetings and processes or eligible students, present evaluation results, develop Individualized Education Plans and provide training to parents, students, and staff
*Develop plans, interventions and/or educational materials, implement and evaluate effectiveness using progress monitoring tools.
Candidates must possess or have the ability to obtain Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Speech/Language Pathology License #1820.
Compensation range of $40.00- $45.00/hour or negotiable and will be based of experience and licensure.
