WORK HOURS:
Hours include practices and evening and weekend games. Hours will vary pending level and events. Baseball season runs from March 9 through June 15, 2026.
JOB DUTIES:
Help direct, teach and coach baseball athletes skills at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Coaching and/or playing experience preferred
-Familiarity with MSHSL rules
-Organization skills
-Supervision experience, willingness to support Head Coach & Contribute to the team
-Passion for Baseball
-Ability to teach and coach Baseball skills
-Strong communication skills
-Must meet the MSHSL Coaching requirements (can be completed after hire)
-Desire a CPR/AED certification, not required.
SALARY and BENEFITS:
Salary based on the 2025-2027 Sauk Rapids-Rice Education Associations Master Agreement BA+10 lane at 8% starting at $4,121 up to $5,651.
No additional benefits are associated with this position.
