Qualified candidates should have a strong background in implementing researched-based instructional strategies, equity/diversity, and meeting the needs of unique learners. Successful candidates should also be creative and have both good communication and problem-solving skills. QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold appropriate Minnesota teaching license in K-5 Elementary Education.
