Start Your Online Application Now Date of Availability: Fall 2026 Date Closing: 03/27/26 or Until Filled Assistant Coach Girls Swim/Dive Coach Position: Assistant Coach - Girls Swim/Dive Location: Buffalo High School Schedule: 2-3 hours/day, 5 days/week, 3 months/year, varying hours with evenings and some weekends, contest schedule & game nights Benefits & Rate of Pay: Per Master Agreement Beginning: August 2026 Deadline for Applications: 03/27/2026 or Until Filled RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist with Practice Implementation Support the head coach in running daily practices, leading drills, and reinforcing proper swim and diving techniques. Skill Development & Athlete Support Work with student-athletes on stroke technique, starts, turns, diving fundamentals, and overall performance improvement. Supervision & Safety Help ensure a safe, well-supervised environment in and around the pool during practices, meets, and team activities. Meet Support Assist with meet preparation and operations, including timing, event organization, athlete check-ins, and on-deck coaching. Positive Team Culture & Communication Build relationships with athletes, promote sportsmanship and teamwork, and help communicate expectations set by the head coach. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Coaching license or coaching minor preferred, not required. Coaching experience in the sport. Leadership skills.
