Start Your Online Application Now Job Summary: Under the direction of district administrators, the Early Childhood Special Education Teacher plans for, develops and implements individualized education programs and instruction in academic areas in collaboration with other educational professionals and administrators in designing, modifying and delivering programming to special needs students. ECSE teachers partner closely with our Little Learners preschool teachers in both a co-taught and an itinerant model. ECSE teacher partners with an ECSE team to meet the needs of all ECSE students with needs ranging from self-contained to consult only. Qualifications: Minimum licensure ECSE. Multiple SPED licensure areas preferred. Certified teaching certificate from the State of MN in the required subject area.
