Applicants will be selected exclusively from this application list. Paraprofessionals are paid their normal rate of pay ($17.56 to $21.68) + $1.25 additional per hour + longevity if applicable. Program Options 1. Extended School Year (ESY) Elementary and Secondary Duration: 6 Weeks Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Dates: June: 9, 10, 11 | 16, 17, 18 | 23, 24, 25 July: 7, 8, 9 | 14, 15, 16 | 21, 22, 23 Hours: 9:00 AM ? 12:00 PM Services: Breakfast and lunch are provided for students. Transportation is coordinated via bus companies. 2. Elementary Summer School Schedule: Monday ? Thursday Dates: June 2nd ? June 25th Hours: 8:00 AM ? 12:00 PM Holiday: No school on June 19th . Key Responsibilities Instructional Support: Assist certified staff with reading, math, and computer instruction in individual or small group settings. Classroom Management: Help maintain a safe, orderly environment and assist with behavioral management. Student Supervision: Oversee non-instructional areas including lunch, bus duty, playground, and field trips. Special Needs Support: Assist students with physical or mental disabilities with activities of daily living and IEP objective implementation. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Completion of college-level coursework or passing of the NCLB examination. Prior experience with special needs children is preferred. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding student and employee information.
