Herman-Norcross District 264 is seeking a motivated and dedicated 7th-12th Grade CTE: Construction, Manufacturing, and Transportation Instructor for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE) with a 180-day contract, providing an excellent opportunity to engage students in practical learning and real-world skills in construction, manufacturing, and transportation. Courses could include but are not limited to welding, robotics, small engines, woodworking, drafting, and building repair and maintenance. Herman-Norcross is a rural MN district committed to providing personalized learning with small class sizes. The district is located 45 minutes west of Alexandria, 45 minutes south of Fergus Falls, 45 minutes southeast of Wahpeton/Breckenridge, and 20 minutes north of Morris. Compensation & Benefits: Salary of $49,648-$75,226 depending on experience and education, $950/month district health insurance contribution, 403b district match contribution, and a potential $1,000 retention incentive Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have a valid MN teaching license or the ability to obtain one by August 17, 2026.
