Grand Rapids Area Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package. The district offers contributions toward medical insurance including a health savings account and health care savings plan. The district offers paid time off including sick leave, vacation leave, and paid holidays. District paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance are available to full-time principals. Retirement matching is available. Employees are eligible to attend home, non-playoff sporting events at no cost.
