Choir and Theater Director, Grades 6-12, 1.0 FTE - Bethlehem Academy Bethlehem Academy is currently accepting applications for a dynamic, innovative, and energetic Choir and Theater Director for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is 1.0 FTE. The Choir and Theater Director will be tasked with developing, growing and maintaining a choral and theater program for both middle and high school students at Bethlehem Academy. The successful applicant will possess and display A clear love of working with teenagers to discover their God-given gifts A love of music and theater and making both accessible to teens Innovative and flexible program development skills A desire to continually grow as a teacher and member of a school community A desire to share music with the broad community during liturgies and other community events A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with others A desire to be part of a special community with deep roots and to contribute daily to that community. Qualifications: Strong communication skills with students, co-workers & parents Strong collaboration skills Possess a positive outlook Enjoys life and desires to share it with others Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Music, Choir or Theater Education or related degree. Experience with students in a classroom or performance setting required The ability to speak and write clearly and effectively Ability to maintaining an orderly classroom MN Teaching License preferred Salary Range: $42,000 to $60,000 commensurate with experience Open until filled.
