Wadena-Deer Creek Schools has openings for two(2) full time elementary teachers to begin in August 2026. WDC Elementary has a recently renovated campus that serves approximately 460 PK-4 students in class sizes that average less than 22 students. We have a strong team approach to teaching and learning and putting the student''s needs first. Successful candidates would get extensive training/coaching on The Catalyst Approach (formerly ENVoY). The Catalyst Approach is the foundation of our school wide behavior plan and our approach to making healthy connections with kids.
