The Head Coach is responsible for the instruction, supervision, and management of the team, as well as the strategic development of the program from the youth and middle school levels through Varsity . Qualifications The ideal candidate will have prior head coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level. Candidates should possess deep knowledge of technique, training methods, and strategy for a competitive Volleyball program. Strong consideration will be given to applicants who can demonstrate: Program Building: A proven ability to develop an entire volleyball pipeline, ensuring vertical alignment of skills and systems from youth levels up to the Varsity stage. Culture & Community: A clear vision for continuing the growth of our school''s strong athletic culture, modeling positive character, and fostering responsible behavior in student-athletes. Leadership: The ability to work in a positive coaching manner while maintaining high standards for discipline and sportsmanship.
