AgricultureTeacher (Full-Time, 1.0 FTE) Ortonville School District | Ortonville, MN Start Date: 2026?27 School Year | Closing: Until Filled Ortonville School District is launching a redesigned High School Pathway Program and is seeking a CTE Agriculture Business Teacher to lead and grow an Agriculture Department within our Business pathway?blending agricultural systems, business/entrepreneurship, and real-world learning with local partners. Licensure/Candidates Considered (MN): ? Agricultural Education (Ag Ed) ? Business Education ? Career & Technical Education (CTE) aligned to the assignment Key Responsibilities: ? Teach and develop agriculture and ag-business coursework aligned to MN standards/CTE expectations (assignments based on licensure, strengths, and scheduling). ? Design career-connected, project-based learning in areas such as agribusiness, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, ag systems, and applied problem-solving. ? Work with staff and community to help coordinate work-based learning (guest speakers, tours, job shadows, internships) with local/regional agriculture partners. ? Collaborate with staff to support student success and coherent pathway sequencing. Program Growth: Ortonville does not currently have an FFA program, but the district is interested in exploring FFA.
