Crosby-Ironton School District has multiple openings for full-time Special Education Teachers for the 2026-27 school year in all grade levels and is offering a hiring incentive for qualified applicants. REQUIREMENTS: Current MN Special Education teaching license. SALARY RANGE: $47,804 ? 91,083 HIRING BONUS : $5,000 (must hold Special Education Licensure to qualify.) BENEFITS: Health Insurance, Personal Leave, Sick Leave, T SA Matching Contributions, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Special Education Teacher works with students who have a wide range of learning, behavioral, emotional, or physical disabilities, helping them succeed academically and develop essential life skills.
