Toddler Teacher Who You Are: You respond with patience and care, meeting the unique needs of infants and toddlers of all abilities. Plan and lead engaging daily activities aligned with Head Start standards. Observe, assess, and record each child?s development. Collaborate daily with a co-teacher, classroom aide, and volunteers to support children and families. Qualifications: Minimum: Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) Preferred: Associate or Bachelor?s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with experience teaching young children. Must meet MN DHS Rule 3 licensing requirements and pass a DHS background study. Wages: Full-time, 40 hours/week, year round. Wage Range: With CDA: $19.58 ?$27.41/hour; With Associate''s: $20.95 ?$29.32/hour; With Bachelor''s: $23.98?$33.57/hour. Retention Bonuses Available.
