Plan and lead engaging daily activities aligned with Head Start standards. Observe, assess, and record each child?s development. Collaborate daily with a co-teacher, classroom aide, and volunteers to support children and families. Qualifications: Minimum: Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) Preferred: Associate or Bachelor?s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with experience teaching young children. Must meet MN DHS Rule 3 licensing requirements and pass a DHS background study. Wages: Full-time, 40 hours/week, year round. Wage Range: With CDA: $19.58 ?$27.41/hour; With Associate''s: $20.95 ?$29.32/hour; With Bachelor''s: $23.98?$33.57/hour. Retention Bonuses Available.
