Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of
Speech & Language Pathologist
Under the direction of the Building Principal, the Speech & Language Pathologist is responsible for providing speech and language therapy services directly to qualifying students based upon state and federal requirements in the areas of language, articulation, fluency and voice. Conducts speech and language assessments of student needs; interprets informal and standardized communicative measures; and participates in the development of individualized educational plans for students with eligible communicative needs.

Rate of Pay | Based upon credentials including Education and Experience as per Teacher Master agreement.
Bachelor’s Degree Range: $52,870 to $85,544 Master’s Degree Range: $60,558 to $91,310 Master’s + 40/PhD/PsyS/EdS/EdD Range: $68,246 to $93,232 |
Hours Per Day | 7.5 Hours Per Day |
Schedule (Approximately) | 7:15am – 3:15pm or 7:30am - 3:30pm |
Working Days per Year | 182 Teacher Work Days, 2026-2027 School Year |

Qualifications Required |
● Must have a SLP Licensure ● Skilled in communicating effectively on interpersonal and group levels. ● Skilled in developing and delivering speech and language direct services to students to assist them in addressing or achieving their goals and objectives. ● Skilled in the use of standardized and informal diagnostic and assessment measures and/or instruments used in the identification and evaluation of speech language development and/or disorders.
