Position Overview: Director Producer of Summer Theater Program Hours/Day: Varies Days/Year: 4/27/2026-7/31/2026 Compensation/benefits: $3600 Job Summary: The Director Producer of Summer Theater Program responsibilities include but are not limited to: holding auditions, scheduling, planning and running rehearsals; coaching actors; collaborating with the artistic team, production manager, and technical director to make choices that best serve the production; and working with the design team to develop the visual world of the show. Must be able to work effectively with both adults and youth performers of varying skill levels. Must attend auditions, rehearsals, production meetings, technical rehearsals and performances.
