Here at ICA we are committed to walk alongside students in their journey to discover their unique God-ordained purpose and to develop both skills and confidence to serve the community and the world. Successful candidates should display: Love for the Lord, love for children, and the ability to work on a team within a small community of believers. Desire to teach from a Christian worldview. Aspire to develop a strong academic program which aims to prepare its students to be leaders for the future Qualifications: Four-year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent in 2 years with experience). Effective classroom management skills that align with the ICA mission. Ability to work collaboratively to support the academic social, emotional and spiritual growth of students. Strong communication skills and the ability to be flexible as needs arise.
