Start Your Online Application Now Date of Availability: 08/31/2026 Date Closing: Until filled Position Available: Elementary Academic Intervention Teacher Location: North Elementary School, Saint Peter Public Schools Start Date: August 2026 Position Summary Saint Peter Public Schools is seeking a highly effective, student-centered Elementary Academic Intervention Teacher to support learners in Grades 2?4 at North Elementary. This role is critical to our building-wide MTSS framework, providing intensive Tier 3 interventions in literacy and/or mathematics while leading key assessment and data systems that drive instructional decision-making and student growth. Key Responsibilities Provide intensive, targeted Tier 3 interventions in structured literacy and/or numeracy to accelerate student growth. Collaborate with classroom teachers and specialists to ensure strong alignment between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 instruction . Lead and coordinate building-wide FASTbridge screening administration (fall, winter, spring), including scheduling, staff communication, and ensuring fidelity of implementation. Facilitate data analysis cycles using FASTbridge, phonics screeners, and other assessments to identify student needs and adjust interventions. Support and actively participate in the Student Support Team (SST) process, using data to guide intervention planning, monitor progress, and recommend instructional adjustments. Utilize eduCLIMBER and other data systems to track student performance, monitor intervention effectiveness, and support building-level decision-making. Maintain clear and consistent communication with families and staff regarding student progress and intervention outcomes . Contribute to PLCs and building-wide MTSS systems focused on continuous improvement and measurable student growth . Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Education or a related field. Valid Minnesota teaching license (or eligibility for licensure). Experience with structured literacy (e.g., UFLI) and/or evidence-based math interventions preferred. Experience with assessment systems (e.g., FASTbridge) and data platforms (e.g., eduCLIMBER) preferred. Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to data-driven instruction and supporting diverse learners . Compensation Salary range: $50,143 ? $94,650 annually , based on the Saint Peter Public Schools teacher contract. Compensation

Salary range: $50,143 – $94,650 annually, based on the Saint Peter Public Schools teacher contract.
