Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead our team of dedicated student-athletes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching wrestling, possess excellent leadership skills, and be committed to fostering an environment of teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. This individual will also: Develop and implement practice plans that improve technical skills, team strategies, and physical conditioning. Lead and supervise the team during practices and meets Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that emphasizes discipline, respect, and communication. Monitor athlete development and provide constructive feedback to help individuals reach their full potential. Coordinate team logistics and meet schedules. Collaborate with athletic department staff, parents, and school administration to ensure program success. Salary: Stipend per Teacher Contract . Qualifications: Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or club level. Strong knowledge of wrestling techniques, strategies, and rules. Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their best performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with a diverse group of students, parents, and school staff. A positive and professional attitude that promotes teamwork, dedication, and respect.
