This position is a 1.0 FTE role designed to support student literacy across our elementary and middle school levels. Key Responsibilities Provide targeted, evidence-based reading instruction to small groups of students in grades K?8. Utilize data-driven strategies to identify literacy gaps and monitor student progress. Collaborate with classroom teachers to align intervention efforts with core curriculum standards. Implement specialized reading programs and multi-sensory instructional techniques. Qualifications Licensure: Valid Minnesota Elementary Education license required. Expertise: Demonstrated experience with reading intervention frameworks and literacy assessment tools. Skills: Strong communication skills and a passion for helping struggling readers build confidence and fluency.
