April 15, 2026 Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Special Education Teacher Multiple Positions. Under the direction of the Director of Student Services and the Building Principal, the Licensed Special Education Teacher develops and provides specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities, evaluates and assesses student progress against instructional objectives, and functions as IEP Manager to assigned students. Position Special Education Teacher - Multiple Positions Location Elementary, Middle and Senior High School Rate of Pay Based upon credentials including Education and Experience as per Teacher Master agreement. Bachelor?s Degree Range: $52,870 to $85,544 Master?s Degree Range: $60,558 to $91,310 Master?s + 40/PhD/PsyS/EdS/EdD Range: $68,246 to $93,232 Hours Per Day 7.5 Hours Per Day Schedule (Approximately) Secondary - 7:15am - 3:15pm Elementary - 7:30am - 3:30pm Working Days per Year 182 2026-2027 School Year Benefits Benefits may be prorated based upon start date.
