Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this role is providing direct and indirect speech and language services as specified in student IEPs. As an IEP Manager, you will develop and implement goals, plan activities to promote skill development, and assess students referred for special education evaluations. This position requires extensive collaboration, including consulting with parents and school staff to resolve communication concerns and coordinating service delivery with classroom teachers to ensure consistency. Additionally, you will function as a member of the building-level Student Support Team, maintain accurate contact records, and stay current with educational technologies and district trends.
