HTCS is a DCYF-licensed early childhood program. Requirements plan, implement, and supervise developmentally appropriate activities that support each child?s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth. fosters a safe, nurturing, and well-organized classroom environment, utilizing effective child guidance strategies, individualized instruction, and ongoing assessment to meet the diverse needs of all learners. maintain a strong, professional communication with families, ensures compliance with all health and safety policies, and provides leadership to classroom assistants while supporting overall program goals and philosophy. Qualifications DCYF qualified, or able to meet qualifications. CPR and First Aid Certified, or be certified by the first day of school. Experience with or a strong commitment to Catholic education.
