Required Qualifications include: -Four year college degree required. Preferred Qualifications Include: - Management Experience. Hiring, Supervising and Developing employees. - Experience as a coach and/or director is preferable, including building programs and having consistent success. -Ability to work with the greater Foley School Community to provide support to all student activities. -Ability to collaborate with student support mechanisms including booster clubs and Community Education activities to provide optimal opportunities for student success -Provide a welcoming environment for community, participants, and staff. -A visionary leader who works to provide a breadth of opportunities for students -Promotes a continuous improvement model through data informed decisions. -Strong organizational skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, parents, and the community.
