Position: Full-Time Elementary STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) Teacher Location: MACCRAY Elementary School ? Position Summary: MACCRAY Elementary is seeking an enthusiastic STEAM teacher to lead engaging, hands-on lessons that integrate science, technology, engineering, art, and math for students in grades K?5. This position offers the opportunity to inspire young learners through creative, project-based learning and to collaborate with a passionate team of educators. Responsibilities: Design and deliver developmentally appropriate STEAM lessons aligned to Minnesota state standards Foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through hands-on, inquiry-based projects Collaborate with grade-level teams to support cross-curricular integration Manage classroom materials, technology, and safety procedures Create a positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and success Participate in staff development, PLCs, and school-wide initiatives Qualifications: Minnesota teaching license required (K?6, K?8, or appropriate content area license) Knowledge of and/or experience in STEAM education preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to motivate and connect with elementary-aged students Willingness to be flexible, innovative, and a collaborative team member Why MACCRAY?
