We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable leader to continue building a competitive and supportive team environment. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Design and execute practice and game plans. Focus on individual and team skill development. Oversee all program levels (varsity, JV, and C teams). Foster academic accountability and personal growth. Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and administration. Promote sportsmanship and school spirit. Qualifications: Previous coaching and/or competitive volleyball experience. Ability to develop a cohesive program across all levels. Strong communication and leadership skills. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Must meet MSHSL and district coaching requirements Pay Rate: Compensation will be in accordance with Schedule C of the Teacher Master Agreement Why join Albert Lea Activities?
