Montessori Aide Teacher Start Date: June 7th, 2026 Pay: $18.00/hour About the Role Little Sparks Montessori is a small, authentic Children?s House (ages 33 months?5 years) seeking a dependable, grounded Classroom Aide. This is not a ?fill-the-room? position. We are looking for someone who understands that every adult in a Montessori environment shapes the child?s experience. The right candidate values order, consistency, and respectful interaction with children.
