Responsibilities: Assess, identify, and provide therapeutic services to students with communication disorders (speech, language, voice, and fluency). Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student communication needs. Collaborate within our MTSS framework to support data-driven interventions and student growth. Complete necessary due process paperwork in accordance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and administration to support student success and classroom integration of communication goals. Work effectively with the Mid-State Education District for specialized resources. Qualifications: Valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) License as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Strong communication skills and a "student-first" mindset.
