This position offers unique flexibility; we are looking for a candidate to serve our student population in a role that may include Elementary, Junior High, High School, and/or Early Childhood (ECSE) opportunities depending on the applicant''s licensure and strengths. Our robust intervention programs ensure that students receive the right level of academic, behavioral, and communication support at the right time, allowing our SLP to focus on high-impact, specialized therapy. Responsibilities: Assess, identify, and provide therapeutic services to students with communication disorders (speech, language, voice, and fluency). Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student communication needs. Collaborate within our MTSS framework to support data-driven interventions and student growth. Complete necessary due process paperwork in accordance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and administration to support student success and classroom integration of communication goals. Work effectively with the Mid-State Education District for specialized resources. Qualifications: Valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) License as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Strong communication skills and a "student-first" mindset.
