The qualified teacher will work with Pre-K and kindergarten students and manage a caseload. Qualifications ? Desired licensure in one or more of the following ECSE, ABS or ASD Experience with behavior intervention and management strategies Experience with social skills instruction and interventions Experience with play-based learning Knowledge of evaluation process Knowledge of service delivery models and supporting the continuum of special education Ability to relate and communicate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and administrators from diverse cultures Ability to problem solve with staff and teams Ability to train and guide paraprofessionals Knowledge of district special education programs Understanding and experience in assessment and data driven decision-making Start Date ? As agreed upon; 2026-27 School Year Compensation Package ? The position offers a starting salary of $52,201 - $88,001 based on education and experience. Additionally, a benefits package is available that includes health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan.
