Desired qualities for this position include a strong work ethic, current skills- or the willingness to develop skills- in maintenance and cleaning, the ability to work as a positive member of a team, leadership/management skills, and a desire to support the primary mission of the school, which is student learning. This shift is from 9-5:30 during the school year; summer hours are different. A boiler''s license is preferred for this position. Pay is between $21.44 - $26.94 based on licensure (boiler specialist, boiler 1st and/or second class, or chief boiler), experience, and qualifications. The position is year-round and full-time and qualifies for benefits.
