Position Overview The 7?12 Art Teacher leads an art program that engages students'' creative talent across two districts. This teacher builds skills, encourages creativity, and creates opportunities for students to showcase their work. Key Responsibilities Teach art courses for grades 7?12 across two partner districts Design lessons that build skills in drawing, painting, design, and other media Create a positive, structured classroom in both settings Display and celebrate student work Support student participation in art shows and events Build strong relationships with students and families Collaborate with staff across both districts Qualifications Valid Minnesota teaching license in Visual Arts (or ability to obtain) Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills Ability to work across two districts and manage schedule and travel Passion for student growth and creative expression Clear communication and teamwork skills Compensation and Benefits Starting salary: $42,801 , based on experience and qualifications Benefits include health and life insurance, HSA, 403(b), and leave Application Process Apply at: https://campbell.k12.mn.us/job-opportunties, Cover letter, resume, minimum of 2 letters of recommendation.
