POSITION: Substitute Instructional Assistant LOCATION: Highlands Elementary EDUCATION/ EXPEREINCE REQUIREMENTS Required: Two years of post secondary education with a minimum of 60 credits. Preferred: Experience working with diverse student group. Strong communications skills. DAILY SCHEDULE: 8:00 am - 11:30 am Monday - Friday DAYS PER YEAR: 170 (9 month position) RATE OF PAY: The hourly wage for this position is$21.00 per hour. BENEFITS: This is a temporary/casual position. Eligible employees will participate in the state''s largest pension program, the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA).
