Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and serve as a special education resource Listening, written, and oral communication skills Essential Duties Coordinates and implements positive behavior interventions for identified students Works with building administration in the implementation of programs with positive and proactive behavior strategies and supports for the school community Assists in classrooms to meet individual and group needs as requested by administration Record and track student behavior data Work with teachers, intervention teams, school personnel, families, students, and other agencies to support student success. We are a 45 minute drive from Minneapolis and a great traffic-free drive from every direction. We are a rural/suburban district, covering 165 square miles. Our buildings include an early childhood family center, three elementary schools, one middle school, one high school, and other non-traditional secondary programs.
