Kimball Area Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and student-centered full-time Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 2026?2027 school year. This position supports students with a range of special needs through direct instruction, collaboration, and individualized programming. The salary range is $48,257 - $82,188 based on education and experience. Benefits offered are Life, Long Term Disability, Dental and Health Insurance; 403(b) Match and Paid Time Off. Extra-curricular duties may be available. The School District has an enrollment of approximately 750 students in grades PreK ? 12. Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families ? Develop and maintain compliant and effective IEPs ? Collect data and monitor student progress toward goals ? Implement behavior support strategies as needed Qualifications: ? Valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (ABS, LD, EBD, or similar area) ? Strong communication and organizational skills ? Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families ?
