This position is for 6 hours per day, five days per week for a total of 194 days, starting on approximately 8/21/26. Duties include: Meeting Coordination: Schedule Special Education IEP and evaluation meetings across two sites. Compliance & Data: Compile, maintain, and track data for IEPs and evaluations to ensure routine due process procedures are met. Administrative Support: Provide high-level clerical assistance to the Special Education teams at Faribault Middle School and Jefferson Elementary. Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Knowledge of Infinite Campus and Sped Forms preferred Knowledge of Special Education Due Process Procedures preferred Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail Education: High School Diploma required Post secondary clerical training preferred Compensation/Benefits/Perks: Health & Wellness: Fully paid single health insurance and access to a State-of-the-Art Fitness Center.
