Pay Rate/Range: $140,000 - $146,000 ? P ending final board approval of the 2026-2028 Non-Union Administrators Contract Agreement. The Assistant Director also ensures compliance with special education due process laws, rules, and procedures by providing consultation and technical assistance to staff and families, conducting routine IEP audits, monitoring staff caseloads, and facilitating ongoing professional development for special education personnel.
