Responsible for leading and overseeing the fall musical production for public performance. Organize auditions, select cast and crew Schedule and oversee rehearsals Provide mentorship and guidance to student performers Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment Qualifications ? Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the area of theatre. Experience and ability to work with high school aged students; ability and willingness to work with faculty, parents and the community. Strong musical background and experience in directing Knowledge of vocal and instrumental techniques Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Start Date ? As agreed upon; 2026-27 fall musical production Compensation Package ? Position Classification C-16 offers a starting salary of $4,409.60 - $4,960.80, based on experience.
