Implementing Data Driven Decisions Having High Expectations Creating a safe Social-Emotional Learning Environment Job Summary The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of student enrollment. This person will maintain student information, files and enrollment. This person will also provide appropriate access to teachers, administrators, and parents of student files. More importantly, this person will coordinate all MDE compliance reports to MDE and other partners. This person will directly report to the Chief Operations Officer. Responsibilities Enrollment (40%) Track newly enrolled and dropped students on infinite campus and various methods Updating district wide Enrollment summary on a regular basis for accurate grade level enrollment count and availability. Contact families in regards to enrollment status updates according to CSE?s enrollment policy and necessary student documents. Work directly with various departments at CSE on data entry and reports, which includes but not limited to MARSS, recruitment tracking, Special Education, EL and infinite campus reports Create household and student profiles on Infinite Campus. Update family and student data changes such as addresses and emails. Track various student documents both on Infinite Campus and with student files. Serve as a primary point of contact for enrollment inquiries. Manage and process Infinite Campus Online Registration (OLR) and incoming online enrollment applications. Manage Enrollment Professor inquiries for online application and school tour requests. Create school year calendars and general calendar information for state reporting purposes. Reports/Data Management (30%) Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of all student and district data via MARSS/Ed-Fi. Monitor the district?s student reports prior to submission to the state. Corrects errors in the district system to ensure accurate reporting. Providing monthly ADM reports to the appropriate department. Entering students? Application of Educational Benefit in Infinite Campus on a continuing basis. Monitor Direct Certification reports and update student data on a monthly basis. Student File Management (15%) Create new student files and update current student files. Manage the request for records process. Manage the District?s student files ? respond to records requests from other schools, send record requests on behalf of CSE, maintain organized and current student files and continuous filing of student documents on a consistent basis, and monitor staff requests to review student files. Updates family and student information on Infinite Campus on a continual basis Manage and maintain the physical Cum and E-Cum files, which includes annual scanning of student files Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Administrative Support (general) (15%) Greet guests and answer the phones in a friendly and courteous manner, represent the school accurately and positively, perform advance secretarial and routine clerical work. Provide coverage for other administrative assistant staff, including the health office. Provide knowledgeable and accurate customer service for all families, students and staff. Maintain confidentiality and efficiency in all processes and procedures at all times. Event assistance with planning, set-up, takedown and decorations for school-related events, which includes but is not limited to Hmong New Year, International Night, Conferences, Open Houses and School Celebration. Other Duties Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications AA Degree; preferred BA degree. Minimum of 4 years of experience, especially with data, reports, analysis, and outreach. Knowledge of professional administrative support theories and qualifications. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Bilingual in English and Hmong, Karen or Karenni preferred Knowledge of Hmong culture and issues facing Southeast Asian communities, especially Hmong families. Commitment to building the strengths of immigrant/refugee families. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work across multiple levels. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast pace environment and manage conflicting priorities. Extensive used of personal computer and general office machines. Ability to use the following software/systems is required: Word, Excel, Gmail, Sharepoint, Infinite Campus, and Google Suite. Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents and technical procedures AND ask if unsure. Ability to write correspondences. Demonstrated multi-cultural experience and ability to communicate with limited-English speakers Ability to meet deadlines and hold oneself accountable to meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a strong team player. Job Summary

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of student enrollment.
