May 4, 2026 Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Student Pathway Lead Teacher The Student Pathway Lead Teacher will lead the development, implementation, and expansion of the Scholars of Teaching Apprenticeship (SOTA) student pathway. This role is responsible for building a high school-to-teacher pipeline by designing, supporting, and teaching coursework; recruiting and supporting students; and coordinating program logistics in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Position Student Pathway Lead Teacher Location Senior High School Rate of Pay Based upon credentials including Education and Experience as per Teacher Master agreement. Bachelor?s Degree Range: $52,870 to $77,856 Master?s Degree Range: $60,558 to $85,544 Master?s + 40/PhD/PsyS/EdS/EdD Range: $68,246 to $93,232 Hours Per Day 7.5 Schedule (Approximately) 7:15am - 3:15pm Working Days per Year 182 Teacher Work Days, 2026-2027 School Year Benefits Benefits may be prorated based upon start date.
