Cathedral School is seeking a dynamic, faith-filled, and enthusiastic educator to join our team in a unique full-time role that combines early elementary classroom instruction with physical education. Position Overview This position is split between: Kindergarten Instruction (Part-Time): Focus on foundational skills in reading, ELA, and math. This would also include morning meeting and classroom prayer. Physical Education (Part-Time): Teach engaging and developmentally appropriate gym classes for students in PreK through Grade 5. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who enjoys variety in their day, values building relationships across grade levels, and is passionate about both academic and physical development of young learners. Key Responsibilities Kindergarten Classroom: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in reading, ELA, and math Foster a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment Assess student progress and communicate with families Collaborate with colleagues to support student success Physical Education (PreK?5): Develop and implement a comprehensive PE curriculum Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students Organize and lead activities that build motor skills and confidence Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Education (required) Minnesota teaching license (preferred) Commitment to the mission and values of Cathedral School For more information please contact Principal Stephanie Webster at swebster@crookstoncathedral.com or 218-281-1835.
