Speech Language Pathologist, Part Time - Randolph Public Schools

Randolph Public Schools is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. License Required : Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License (Educational Speech Language Pathologist or CCC-SLP licensure recognized by PELSB). Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students across the district. · Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations in alignment with state and federal special education requirements. · Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect students? communication needs. · Provide therapy in individual, small-group, and/or classroom-based formats. · Collaborate with special education teams, general education staff, and families to support student success in communication-related goals. · Maintain detailed and compliant documentation, including progress reports, evaluation reports, third-party billing reports, and service logs. · Participate in child study teams, evaluation planning, IEP meetings, and professional learning opportunities. · Support AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) systems when appropriate and provide training for staff and families. · Adhere to district, state, and federal policies regarding special education services. Knowledge and Skills: · Strong foundation in school-based speech-language services and evidence-based practices. · Knowledge of articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders and their impact on learning. · Experience with AAC tools and assistive technology is preferred but not required. · Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. · Ability to manage caseload responsibilities and maintain compliance timelines. · Familiarity with due process systems such as SpEd Forms (preferred).
