Dates of the long term substitute position will be August 24, 2026 through January 12, 2027. Desired Qualifications: Actively participates in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC) Actively collaborates with students, parents, staff and community to promote engagement Is committed to individual professional development and utilizing best practice in lesson development, differentiation, and delivery Prepares lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota State Standards Understands and promotes school-wide Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support (PBIS) program and Top 20 thinking Multilingual Additional Information: Fairmont Area School District is located in Fairmont, Minnesota on I-90.
