McGregor Public Schools is seeking applications for a full-time, on-site/in-person Speech-Language Pathologist Teacher. This position is open at the start of the 2026-2027 school year. This person is responsible for assessing and delivering instructional and clinical services to individual and small groups of students with speech and language impairments, and related work as apparent or assigned. Minnesota licensure or the ability to become licensed is required. McGregor ISD #4 is a stable, financially sound school district that is located between Duluth and Brainerd and serves approximately 410 Pre-K-12th grade students. McGregor is a beautiful area that has many outdoor recreational opportunities including boating, fishing, hunting, ATV, and bike trails. McGregor has an experienced SPED staff and is very willing to support a new teacher in this area. Salary Range: $47,150 - $81,213 (based on 2026-2027 master agreement salary schedule). Salary will be prorated for days worked and may be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
