Summary Position Overview:The Special Education Teacher will provide instructional support and individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in special education, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team and support our special education students. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct instruction to special education students in accordance with their IEPs. Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students'' individual needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to support student learning. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential records of student performance. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Qualifications: Experience working with students with special needs. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
