Interested applicants should have or are working towards a MN license in Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Dual Special Education licensure preferred. Licensure: Current Minnesota B-12 Deaf and Hard of Hearing teaching licensure or the ability to attain one A strong understanding of students with special education needs due to DHH Knowledge of instructional design and curriculum for students with deaf and hard of hearing disabilities Assessment and evaluation skills for meeting eligibility criteria Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEP)and Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) for students with hearing loss. Foster open communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding students'' progress and individual needs Collaborate with other special education professionals, paraprofessionals, and support staff to create a cohesive and inclusive learning environment Salary and benefits: Salary range $60,000-$80,724, depending on qualifications, comprehensive benefits package.
