This position works under the limited supervision of the Principal and may occasionally oversee paraprofessionals or volunteers. Key Responsibilities: Provide effective instruction that meets the diverse needs and abilities of all learners. Implement engaging lessons using a variety of teaching methods and materials to support student understanding and growth. Support students in developing the skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary for future academic success. Demonstrate global competence by connecting classroom content to local and global issues, helping students understand the impact of their learning beyond the classroom. Foster a OUTDOOR classroom culture of problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity. Prioritize the physical, social, and emotional well-being of students, recognizing the integral connection between social-emotional learning and academic achievement.
