Must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and games. Preferences: A BA/BS Degree and MN Teacher License with coaching certificate OR equivalent and previous experience working with high school age students. Previous experience as a dancer and/or coach. Qualifications: A strong background in high school and/or club dance competition as a dancer and/or coach is required. Strong work ethic and dedication to furthering the benefits of participation in co-curricular activities. Leadership skills including but not limited to organization, vision, motivation, and conflict resolution. Ability to work with student athletes, parents, staff, and community.
