We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district consists of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Assist the principals and assistant principals in discipline, supervision, and attendance and support school and district initiatives that create a safe and engaging learning environment and increase student achievement. For more information, please see the job description for this position.
Start date: August 24, 2026 (plus new-to-district teacher orientation during the week prior to August 24, 2026) and additional Dean of Student Days to be scheduled.
FTE: 1.0
Contract: 186 days + 7 additional Dean of Student Days (plus 2 or 3 days of new-to-district orientation, depending on the Department of Teaching & Learnings requirements for this position)
Requirements & Qualifications
Teacher Licensure. Requisite experience and education.
Salary
Starting base salary range = $48,292-$90,967, plus an additional 7 days paid at the per diem rate for Lane & Step ($1,817-$3,423). For more information, please see the Certified Master Contract 2025-2027.
