This role serves as a vital bridge between the school district and the community, ensuring that programs, ranging from Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) and Youth Enrichment to Adult Basic Education (ABE) and senior programming, are inclusive, high-quality, and fiscally responsible. Qualifications/Degree: Bachelor''s degree in Education, Community Education, Parks and Recreation, Public Administration, or a related field. Job Requirements: Design and implement a diverse range of lifelong learning activities (Youth, Adult, and Senior) based on community data and local needs. Lead the recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of instructors and vendors in strict accordance with district safety and contract policies. Manage the full financial cycle (including budgeting, fee collection, and procurement) to ensure programs remain self-supporting. Oversee facility usage and program registration using district software to ensure seamless daily operations. Drive community engagement through the production of seasonal catalogs, digital content, and multi-channel outreach. Collaborate with the Advisory Council, local municipalities, and businesses to maximize resource sharing and program reach. Ensure all activities meet Minnesota State Statutes and assist in data preparation for mandatory MDE annual reporting. Beginning Salary Range: $38,000 - $48,000 depending on experience Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
